Your terrariums. Your data.

TerraManager brings enclosures, animals, feedings, pictures and QR codes together. All collection data stays on your device by default.

Free and open source under GPL-3.0-or-later

Built for growing collections

Fewer lists. A clearer view.

From the first enclosure to a large collection, animal records, feedings and media stay close at hand. Clear workflows support daily care while you retain control of the data.

Features

Enclosures at a glance

Manage dimensions, notes, temperature zones, pictures and the lifecycle of every enclosure. QR codes open the matching record.

Animal profiles with history

Record taxonomy, temperatures and care information with ordered picture, feeding, weight and shedding histories.

Feedings at the right time

Record feedings, enable reminders, see due or upcoming care and update multiple animals through QR Feeding Mode.

Portable backups

Save enclosures, animals, feedings, settings and pictures in one portable file and restore them through a controlled workflow.

QR codes for enclosures

Open enclosures, record grouped feedings, reassign animals and export selected codes as PNG files, a ZIP archive or print-ready A4 PDF sheets.

Picture galleries

Keep multiple pictures for every animal and enclosure, choose the primary image and zoom pictures in the full-screen viewer, including Shared Care.

Privacy by foundation

Stored locally. Controlled by you.

Standalone Android and Web use requires no account. Optional Shared Care stores the shared collection on your own LAN server. The developer does not operate a collection server. This website uses no trackers, cookies, external scripts or web fonts.

  • In standalone mode, the database and settings stay on your device or in the active browser profile; Shared Care keeps the collection on your server.
  • Camera, image and file pickers are used only after an action you start.
  • You decide where backups and exported files are stored and transferred.
